01 · Dates

Choose your dates.

Select the date and time for collecting and returning the vehicle.

You can rent from 3 hours — rentals shorter than a day are charged as a full day. Same-day bookings close 3 hours before pickup. Rentals over 10 days are quoted individually.

02 · Extras

Choose extras

A bike rack or cargo box requires the tow hook. They cannot be combined. Extras are charged once per rental.

Travel to the selected EU country (within the insurance cover, including transit through other EU countries) is subject to a surcharge. Non-EU travel requires individual approval before payment: bus@wingsail.pl.

04 · Renter details

Renter and drivers

Every driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a category B driving licence for at least 3 years. At vehicle handover, we will verify your identity and the validity of your driving licence. Do not send document scans or card details.

05 · Formalities

Rules, documents and payment

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and drinking alcohol are not allowed in the vehicle, and the vehicle is monitored (speed, location). Contractual penalties for violations are set out in the contract.

Cancellation: free at least 14 days before pickup; after that a fee of 20% of the price (max. 1 day), and 50% under 72 hours or for a no-show. Instead of the fee you can choose a voucher for 100% of the payment (not for a no-show or a failed handover on your side). The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply (rental for a fixed date). Details: Booking Rules.

We will hold the dates for 30 minutes, assign a contract number and show its exact PDF. The full price is paid only after a separate contract acceptance.

Online payment is still being prepared.
