Technical requirements
You need an Internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser supporting HTTPS connections and an active email address if you would like to receive an enquiry response.
Use of the website
Use the website only in accordance with law, these terms and good practice. Do not provide unlawful content, interfere with the website or try to circumvent its security measures.
Information and enquiry form
Access to information begins when you open a page and ends when you close it. The enquiry service begins when a correctly completed form is submitted and ends when we reply or finish handling the enquiry. Sending the form is non-binding: it does not create a charter agreement, hold a yacht or confirm a reservation.
Before you make a binding order, you will receive an individual proposal, the parties’ details and terms for the particular voyage. Yacht availability, price, base, payment dates, security deposit, qualifications, extras, cancellation and insurance depend on that proposal and a separate agreement.
