We do not believe exceptional voyages can be bought with a single click. There are people and platforms that sell charters. And there are those who help create memories for a lifetime. From the start, I knew which group we wanted to belong to.
For many years, I worked in a world where quality was not an addition to a product, but its foundation. Leading teams within the Mercedes-Benz organisation taught me that real trust is not built through spectacular declarations, but through hundreds of sound decisions made every day. A client does not remember every detail of the process. They remember how it felt.
Sailing is exactly the same. The finest voyages are not born by chance. They are the result of experience, planning and responsibility for the people who entrust you with their time, their dreams and often the most valuable week of their year — with children, friends or business partners. This is why WingSail was created.
Not as another platform with thousands of anonymous offers. Not as a place where the lowest price decides. But as a company that believes every crew deserves individual attention, honest advice and a partner who will be present before the voyage and when the unexpected happens.
I take part personally in selecting operators, assessing yachts, speaking with partners and continually getting to know new sailing areas. I believe no one can responsibly recommend places or yachts they do not truly understand.

I believe luxury is not the length of a yacht, the number of cabins or engine power. Luxury is peace of mind: confidence that everything has been prepared with the utmost care, and the knowledge that there is a real person at the other end of the phone who knows what they are doing.
When clients return from a voyage feeling that they could simply enjoy the sea, their family and friends, then we have done our work as well as we can. That is the WingSail philosophy.
